Subscription Terms & Conditions

Subscription Plans

If you choose a subscription plan, it consists of an initial charge followed by recurring charges. All subscriptions ship on a 30-day replenishment cycle by default, regardless of the product, pack, or bundle selected. A subscription is only activated if the subscription option is selected on the product page (for some products it may be pre-selected, and for certain products subscription may be the only option). You may switch to a one-time purchase whenever that option is shown before adding to cart. Any free or promotional items included with a subscription are provided on your first order only and do not apply to future recurring orders.

Subscription Payments

We charge you periodically without further authorization until you opt out of auto-renewal. The initial payment is taken at checkout; subsequent payments recur every 30 days based on the date of your initial order. If a payment declines, that order will not ship until payment succeeds.

Managing, Pausing & Cancelling

You can pause, skip, reschedule, or cancel anytime from your account or by emailing support@ostenso.com. To avoid being charged for an upcoming order, cancel at least 24 hours before your next scheduled billing date. Cancelling stops future charges; it does not refund orders already placed.

Price Changes

We may change subscription pricing with reasonable notice; changes apply to orders placed after the notice period.

By entering into a subscription you acknowledge it has recurring payments and accept responsibility for all charges until you cancel.
