Ostenso's Subscribe & Save program delivers your Sleep Strips on a recurring schedule at up to 48% off the one-time price. You stay in control of when, how often, and whether to continue.
How it works
When you choose a Subscribe & Save plan at checkout, you authorize Ostenso to charge your saved payment method on a recurring schedule. Each delivery arrives with free US shipping.
Subscription billing is handled by Shopify Subscriptions, our subscription engine, which is PCI-compliant and stores your card securely.

First charge and delivery
You're charged the first amount at checkout. Your first delivery ships within 1–2 business days. Subsequent charges happen on the same day-of-month as your initial order, every 30/60/90 days depending on your plan.
Modifying your subscription
You can do all of these any time, free, with no restocking or modification fee:
- Change frequency (e.g., switch from 30-Night to 60-Night)
- Pause (we hold your subscription until you resume)
- Skip the next delivery
- Swap products (when more products are available)
- Update payment method or shipping address
- Cancel (effective immediately)

Cancellation
Cancel anytime. There's no minimum commitment, no cancellation fee, and we don't ask why. If a charge has already been processed for a delivery in transit, that delivery still ships — your cancellation takes effect from the next billing cycle.
Failed payments
If your card declines on a renewal, Shopify Subscriptions will retry up to 3 times over 5 days. We'll email you to update your payment method. If we can't process payment after retries, the subscription is paused and you can resume by updating your card.
Price changes
If we change the subscription price, we'll notify you by email at least 30 days in advance. Your existing subscription continues at the old price for at least one more cycle, and you can cancel any time before the new price takes effect.
Money-back guarantee
Subscriptions are covered by our Money-Back Guarantee. The window depends on plan length: 90 days for the 90-Night Reset Pack, 60 days for 60-Night, 30 days for 30-Night. You can request a refund and cancel in the same email.
Shipping
All US subscription deliveries ship free. International subscriptions, where available, ship at the rates shown at checkout. See Shipping & Returns for details.
Tax
Sales tax is added at checkout where required by law, based on your shipping address.
