Everything you need to know about how your order ships, when it arrives, and how to return it.
Where we ship
We currently ship within the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and US military APO/FPO addresses. International shipping is in the works — sign up for our newsletter to hear when we add your country.

Processing time
Orders placed before 2pm Pacific on a business day ship the same day. Orders after 2pm or on weekends ship the next business day. You'll receive a tracking email when your package leaves our fulfillment center.
Delivery time
Once shipped, expect:
- US continental — 3–5 business days (most arrive in 3)
- Alaska / Hawaii / Puerto Rico — 5–8 business days
- APO/FPO — 7–14 business days, depending on military mail routing
Carrier choice (USPS, UPS, FedEx) depends on destination and order weight. We don't currently offer expedited shipping at checkout — email us if you have a deadline and we'll see what we can do.
Tracking
Tracking links are emailed automatically when your label is created. If you haven't seen movement on tracking for more than 5 business days after the carrier received the package, contact us and we'll open an investigation.
If your package is lost
If tracking shows delivered but you don't have the package, first check with neighbors and your mailroom. If it doesn't surface within 3 days, email support@ostenso.com within 30 days of the delivery date and we'll replace the order at our cost. Beyond 30 days we can't always recover a lost package, but we'll try.
If your package arrives damaged
Take photos of the damaged box and product before opening further. Email the photos to support within 7 days — we'll ship a replacement at no charge.
Returns and refunds
Satisfaction returns
Don't sleep better? Return your pack under our Money-Back Guarantee — we cover return shipping and refund the full purchase price. The window is 90 days for the 90-Night Reset Pack, 60 days for the 60-Night plan, 30 days for the 30-Night plan and one-time singles.
Wrong product or defective
If we shipped the wrong item or the product itself is defective (damaged tin, contaminated strips, etc.), email us within 30 days of delivery — we'll send a replacement at no charge and you keep the original.
Change of mind on a single order
If you simply changed your mind on a one-time order and haven't opened the seal, email us within 14 days for a return-for-refund. You pay return postage; we refund the product price.
Address changes
If you need to change your shipping address on an order, email us within 2 hours of placing the order. After that we can't always intercept the package — but we'll do our best.
Subscription deliveries
Subscription orders ship on your renewal date, not your account-creation date. You can change the day-of-month from your account dashboard. See our Subscription Policy for billing-cycle details.
