Processing & Delivery

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Delivery typically takes 3–6 business days after processing. You’ll receive tracking by email once your order ships.

Returns & Refunds

Every Ostenso product is backed by our 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee. If you’re not satisfied, email support@ostenso.com within 30 days of delivery and we’ll make it right. Refunds are issued to your original payment method, typically 3–7 business days after we process the return.

Wrong or Damaged Items
