We stand behind every Ostenso product. If you're not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee under the terms below. By completing a purchase you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

How long you have to claim

You have 30 days from the confirmed delivery date to request a refund — regardless of the product, pack, or bundle you purchased. Requests made after 30 days are not eligible.

How to claim

Email support@ostenso.com within the window with the subject line “Money-back guarantee — order #XXXXX” and your order number. Tell us briefly what didn’t work (helpful, not required). We’ll take it from there.

What’s covered

• A full refund of the product price you paid
• Refund to your original payment method (typically 3–7 business days after we process it)

What’s not covered

• Requests made more than 30 days after delivery
• Original shipping charges, if any

This guarantee applies to all Ostenso products, whether purchased one-time or on subscription.
