How long you have to claim

The window depends on which plan you bought, because we want you to actually finish a meaningful stretch before deciding:

How to claim

  1. Email support@ostenso.com within the window. Subject line: "Money-back guarantee — order #XXXXX".
  2. Tell us briefly what didn't work (it helps us improve, but it's not required).
  3. We'll send you a prepaid return label. You ship back the empty or partial pack(s) — we pay the postage.
  4. Once your return reaches us, we refund the full purchase price to your original payment method. Refunds typically arrive in 3–7 business days, depending on your bank.

Why we have a window at all

Sleep improvements compound over time. Most customers feel the difference within the first 7 nights — but the deeper effect (sustained, anchored circadian rhythm) lands in the second and third week. The guarantee window gives you enough time to actually test the mechanism, not just one good night or one bad night.

What's covered

  • Full refund of the purchase price you paid
  • Return shipping (we send you a prepaid label)
  • Refund applied to your original payment method

What's not covered

  • Original shipping charges, if any (most orders ship free)
  • Bundles purchased outside of Ostenso (third-party resellers, marketplaces)
  • Damaged-in-transit packs — those are covered separately under our Shipping & Returns policy (we replace, not refund)

Subscriptions and the guarantee

You can cancel a subscription at any time — the guarantee window is separate from cancellation. Even if you cancel after the first delivery, you have your full guarantee window (30/60/90 days depending on tier) to request a refund.

Per-order, per-customer

The guarantee applies once per customer per product line. If you've already used the guarantee for Sleep Strips and re-purchase later, subsequent purchases are non-refundable on satisfaction grounds — though we'll still replace defective product.
