A 30-day program included with every quarterly Ostenso subscription. It pairs the strips with the behavioral tools known to compound their effects.

Week 1 — Anchor

One strip per night, 15 minutes before lights out. Same time every night, including weekends. No screens 30 minutes before bed.

Week 2 — Wake

Add a fixed wake time, including weekends. Wake time is the most powerful circadian anchor — more so than bedtime.

Week 3 — Light

10 minutes of direct morning sunlight within 30 minutes of waking. This phase-shifts your circadian rhythm earlier, making the strip's melatonin signal more aligned with your body's natural timing.

Week 4 — Down-Titrate

Skip a strip on a low-stress night. Many subscribers find that after four weeks, their baseline sleep has improved enough that they only need the strip a few nights a week. That's the goal — restore your natural sleep, don't create a new dependency.
