Every batch of Ostenso Sleep Strips is tested for ingredient concentrations, potential contaminants, and other critical specifications by independent laboratories.

Why this matters

A 2023 JAMA study tested 25 commercial melatonin gummies and found 22 (88%) contained between 74% and 347% of their labeled melatonin amount. A 2025 FDA study expanded that range to 0–667% across 110 supplements.

Strips have tighter manufacturing tolerances than gummies because of how they're produced — the film-casting process delivers a more consistent dose than gummy molds.
