This website is operated by Ostenso LLC ("we", "us", "our"). These Terms of Service apply to the use of our site and to every purchase made on it. By placing an order you accept these terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order.

3. Products and pricing

We describe and picture our products as accurately as we can. Prices are shown at checkout in your local currency and include any applicable taxes. Shipping is free on orders from 165 zł (Poland) or $40 (United States), i.e. 2 or more bottles; smaller orders pay 15 zł or $4.95. Shipping costs are shown at checkout before you pay. If a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

4. Orders and contract

All purchases are one-time purchases; we do not sell subscriptions and do not charge you on a recurring basis. The contract is concluded when we send you the order confirmation email. Payment is taken at checkout through our secure payment providers. We may decline or cancel an order before it ships, for example if a product is unavailable or we suspect fraud; any payment taken is then refunded in full.

5. Shipping and delivery

Orders are shipped from a partner warehouse. Delivery times are set out in our Shipping Policy. Risk of loss or damage passes to you when you, or a person designated by you (other than the carrier), receive the goods.

6. Right of withdrawal, returns and refunds

Consumers in the EU/EEA may withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason. Our Refund Policy, which describes the right of withdrawal and our 90-day money-back guarantee, forms part of these terms. You can withdraw online at /pages/withdrawal.

7. Conformity of goods and complaints

We are responsible for delivering goods that conform to the contract. If a product is faulty or not as described, contact support@ostenso.com. We respond to complaints within 14 days. Consumers in the EU/EEA have the statutory remedies for non-conformity provided by the law of their country (repair or replacement, price reduction or termination of the contract).

8. Product information

Our products are food supplements (dietary supplements). Use them as directed on the label and do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet. Store out of the reach of young children. Products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. For US customers: these statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration.

9. Intellectual property

All content on this site, including text, images, logos and design, belongs to Ostenso LLC or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without our written permission.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ostenso LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of the site. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or your statutory rights as a consumer.

11. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States. If you are a consumer residing in the European Union or EEA, this choice of law does not deprive you of the protection given by the mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence, and you may bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence. Consumers in Poland may also use out-of-court complaint and redress procedures, for example through the municipal or district consumer ombudsman (rzecznik konsumentów) or the provincial inspectorates of the Trade Inspection (Inspekcja Handlowa).

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force when you place your order applies to that order.
