Shipping Policy

1. Shipping costs
Every order ships with tracking included.
- Free tracked shipping on orders from 165 zł (Poland) or $40 (United States) — that is any order of 2 or more bottles.
- Orders below that: 15 zł (Poland) or $4.95 (United States).
2. Where we ship
We currently ship to Poland and the United States.
3. Processing time
Orders are processed and dispatched from our partner warehouse within 1–2 business days of being placed.
4. Delivery times
- Poland: approximately 7–12 business days after dispatch.
- United States: approximately 6–10 business days after dispatch.
Delivery times are estimates and may be longer during peak periods or due to events outside our control. We will tell you if your order is delayed.
5. Tracking
As soon as your order ships, we email you a tracking number and link so you can follow the parcel.
6. Delivery problems
If your parcel is delayed, lost or arrives damaged, email support@ostenso.com with your order number and we will send a replacement or refund you. Risk of loss passes to you only when you receive the goods.
